Description
Citrus yellow in color with greenish hues, balanced with an intense aroma of tropical fruits and subtle vegetal notes. On the palate, it is very fresh with good body and a long, persistent finish.
Winemaking:
From the best plots of the farm, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after racking, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15 days.
