Description
Citrine yellow in color, with a pleasant fruity and floral aroma with mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh with a long and persistent finish. A gastronomically pleasing wine.
Winemaking:
From the best plots of the estate, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after racking, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 15 days.
