Description
Of the best portions of Quinta da Carregosa, the grapes were manually harvested in the plots that had a more balanced maturation. After a selection and manual vindue, the grapes are subjected to a descendation and total disgust. This is followed by a period of 48 hours of pelicular maceration to 10ºC to maximize the performance of grape enzymes responsible for the extraction of aromas.
Cold defecation at 7ºC for 48 hours.
Selected yeasts are used for alcoholic fermentation induction that runs between 12ºC and 15ºC for a minimum of 30 days.
TEST NOTES:
Color: citrus yellow.
Aroma: Intense Fruity to Lima, Reign apple, vanilla and pink petals.
Flavor: Elegant structure well balanced with fresh acidity; It ends fresh long and mineral.
