Description

Aromas of red fruit and spices, with a full body and a good finish, make this wine ideal to enjoy with food.

Winemaking: Grapes are hand-picked, received with full stems and crushed immediately. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel tanks at temperatures around 24°C. Controlled and gentle maceration is used to obtain elegant and aromatic wines. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats. A small portion of the blend is aged in French and American oak for a short period of 3 months.
