Winemaking:
Pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at low temperature (12-14ºC). Aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
Exam notes:
Pale salmon color. Aromas of red fruits and spices. The palate reveals fresh fruit, with a silky and very persistent texture.
Tips for Storing and Serving:
It should be served between 8° and 10°C. Drink to young birds, ideally up to one and a half years after colheita . Keep the bottle upright. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity.
