Winemaking:
Pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at low temperature (12-14ºC). The stainless steel warehouse is kept for 4 months.
Test results:
Pale salmon color. Aromas of red fruits and spices. The palate reveals fresh fruit, with a silky and very persistent texture.
Storage and Serving Tips:
It should be served between 8º and 10º. Drink young, ideally within a year and a half of harvest. Keep the bottle upright. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
