Description
Intense ruby color. Aroma of ripe red fruits, spices, and light notes of toast and vanilla. On the palate, it shows youthfulness, balance, and silky tannins that provide a complex and velvety finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-harvested in 15kg boxes, with the grapes fully destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place over 10 days at a temperature of 25-27ºC in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 5,000 kg, with manual treading and pumping over three times a day. The wine aged for 12 months in American oak barrels followed by bottle aging.
