Description

TEST NOTES:

Wine is clear, with citrine color, complex and attractive sensory characteristics, where the notes of vanilla and slight toast perfectly combine with tropical fruit and intense floral. In the mouth this wine is believed the greasy and with high freshness.

Vinification:

Careful selection of the best grapes, with manual vintage. Degree, crushing and pressing of all grapes of the day. Decantation at 10 ° C for 48 hours for core clarification and enhance the aromatic expression of caste. Fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel at 15 °/ 16 ° C for 6 to 10 days. End of fermentation at 20 ° C.

Daily Bätonnage. 60% of the Stagia Lot 14 months in New French oak barrels, the remaining 40% in stainless steel. Minimum 1 year in bottle stage.
