Aroma: In the aroma stands out the harmony between the barrel notes - with the suggestion of vanilla - and the freshness revealed in the sleeve notes, punctuated by the clear citrus touches of lemon and grapefruit
Flavor: In the mouth, it has a creamy body and a remarkable structure
Quinta da Fonte Souto Branco Wine Internship: 70% of the lot fermented in 500 L barrels in contact with the thin -lengths. The final lot interned 7 months in new French and Central European wood (46%), and second year wood (54%).
