Aroma: The aroma highlights the harmony between the barrel notes – with a hint of vanilla – and the freshness revealed in the mango notes, punctuated by the clear citrus touches of lemon and grapefruit.
Flavor: On the palate, it presents a creamy body and a remarkable structure.
Aging of Quinta da Fonte Souto Branco Wine: 70% of the batch fermented in 500 l barrels in contact with the fine lees. The final batch aged for 7 months in new French and Central European oak barrels (46%), and in second-year oak barrels (54%).
