With orange hues and coppery notes, it presents a vibrant freshness on the nose, composed of aromas of lilies, hibiscus, and soft notes of orange blossom. Subtle and fresh notes of pomegranate and apricot complement and lend a brilliant complexity to the aromatic bouquet. The pleasant texture is expressed in several layers that combine perfectly with the precise acidity of Aragonêz, creating a sophisticated and harmonious palate, complemented by elegant hints of fresh raspberry, lychee, and white pepper.
Winemaking:
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed, after which they are transferred to a pneumatic press where they are pressed at low pressure to limit the extraction of color and phenolic compounds. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the wine's full aromatic expression. After fermentation, the wines are sulfited to prevent the onset of malolactic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel is necessary to avoid interfering with the fruit's expression.
