Description

 Pastel pink tone. Notes of water from roses and spices, peppermint, ginger, light groory, pink pepper and fresh strawberry. Huge complexity, involvement, depth and elegance. A world -class rosé with long years ahead.

Vinification:
Very soft pressing and decantation. Fermentation in barrels (10 days). 12 -month internship in 60% of 2nd year French oak barrels (225L and 300L) and 40% new with convection toast (500L). With Bâtonnage.
