Description
Pink salmon pink. Notes of raspberry and wild strawberries, light white pepper and lavender. Engaging mouth, full of freshness and elegance, long end and with a lot of class.
Vinification:
Total disgust, smooth pressing, careful clarification of the must, fermentation at 16ºC for 10 days (50% in stainless steel + 50% in 2nd year French oak). 6 -month internship on thin shorts with "Battonage" (50% stainless steel + 50% French oak of 2nd year).
