Description
The wine, with a citrine yellow hue, aged for one year, characterized by a process without filtration, bleaching, or fining. This method preserves the wine's natural characteristics, resulting in an authentic expression of the Chardonnay grape variety.
Winemaking:
The grapes, entirely sourced from Quinta da Grimpa, were harvested in the first days of September. They were vinified using the open vat method with minimal intervention, employing a vertical press to extract the must. Aged 80% in stainless steel and 20% in French oak barrels.
