Description

Pale yellow in color. Fresh on the nose, with citrus and white fruit notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied, but very fresh, fruity, with some minerality and a long finish.

Winemaking:
Fermentation in an open fermentation tank with controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel vats.
