Description
It is a very balanced and elegant wine. It presents, as it is typical of caste, an exuberant aroma with notes of citrus and flowers of Tilia and Honey. The mouth is “tempered” by acidity and minerality, ensuring delicious freshness.
Vinification:
The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard planted at 571 meters altitude. This location allows grapes to have a natural acidity that will be decisive for the production of a vibrant and fresh wine. For this wine, the grapes were harvested a week before rest to avoid maturing and ensure that they are in perfect condition to result in this profile.
