Mineral and citrus aroma of grapefruit and exotic fruits, with subtle, well-integrated oak notes. Very persistent and fresh on the palate with citrus notes and very lively acidity, balanced by rich and well-structured notes from oak aging, suggesting great longevity.
Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes in small, perforated 15 kg boxes. The grapes are pressed without crushing or destemming under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve the full aromatic potential of the grapes. Great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out as rigorously as possible, thus ensuring the intrinsic quality of the future wine and preserving its primary aromas. Fermentation and aging with stirring of the fine lees (“bâtonnage”) in 500 L French oak barrels until bottling in June.
