Deep ruby ​​color. Very complex aroma, with notes of forest floor, coffee, licorice, and blackberry jam. Velvety texture, deep, with multiple aromas revealing themselves on the palate, but with profound elegance and finesse. A timeless wine.

Winemaking:
The harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22kg boxes to the winery. They were kept in a cold storage chamber for 12 hours, then gravity-fed to the granite lagares (traditional wine presses) where complete fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. The wine aged for 30 months in 225L barrels and 600L casks.
