Descrição
The wines produced in Quinta do Pessegueiro seduce for their undeniably superior quality, the result of a complete and balanced project whose objective is to value the originality and properties of each small wine land as true as possible.
Vinification:
The vintage was held in September. The grapes were transported in boxes from 25 kg to the cellar. The complete alcoholic fermentation was made in a traditional (on foot). After this process, the wine was placed in old barrels where the malolactic fermentation would occur. The internship was done in these same barrels for 20 months until the wine is ready to be bottled.
Proof Note:
National Solo Solo Touriga with a lot of orange clay. Floral contained in aroma, woods, blueberries, without easy exuberances and very elegant. Summanto, but with beautiful tannin firmness and acidity balance, quite expressive, large, vibrant, full of flavor.
