Description
It has an intense yellow color reflecting its aging in barrels; on the nose it is citrusy, with marked acidity and a light floral note (pollination); the wood is very light and subtle, well-present without being overpowering. On the palate, the acidity persists, opening up to a smooth woodiness; it is long with an elegant persistence, and the finish is marked by nutmeg.
