Description
Intense citrine color with greenish reflections. On the nose it reveals great complexity, a sober and restrained aroma of white stone fruits supported by a distinct minerality and notes of vanilla in perfect harmony. Fruity and complex on the palate, remarkable mouthfeel, elegant, harmonious and finishes with a crisp freshness that gives it persistence and longevity.
Winemaking:
Aged for 18 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels "sur lie" where malolactic fermentation takes place.
