Description
Discover Quinta da Rede Vintage 2018 Ruby, a distinctive wine from the Douro region, Baixo Corgo sub-region. This exceptional wine results from a meticulous manual selection of the grapes upon arrival at the winery, followed by total destemming and prolonged skin maceration, with alcoholic fermentation in robotic lagares at a controlled temperature of 26ºC for 10 days.
This Ruby wine presents a deep, opaque color with bluish tones, reflecting its richness. On the nose, it stands out for its floral notes of rockrose and rosemary, beautifully combined with ripe fruit. On the palate, it offers a harmoniously full body, silky texture, and well-integrated acidity with powerful, high-quality tannins.
