Fresh and balanced, the intense and bright fruit, the wild character of the spices, and the strong yet fine and elegant tannins are typical expressions of the great Romaneira vineyard.
Winemaking:
The wine was vinified in our specially designed, temperature-controlled conical stainless steel vats, within a temperature range of 25/29 degrees Celsius. Aged for 14 months in 225-liter French oak barrels.
