It reveals a fantastic aromatic depth, with the very discreet oak supporting the fruit, exotic notes of lychee, and a touch of lemon peel. Enormous elegance and finesse on the palate, with vibrant, incisive acidity. Pure, sophisticated, textured, a great white wine.
Winemaking:
100% of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, 60% of which are new, for a period of 21 days. This is followed by a 4-month period of batonnage and partial malolactic fermentation. Selected yeasts are used. The three grape varieties used are harvested and vinified separately. It ages in barrels for four months after alcoholic fermentation.
