 It has obvious notes of spice with hints of shrub and wildflowers. It's a full-bodied yet fresh wine, also delicate in revealing delicious notes of licorice and raspberry. It has a long finish with excellent oak notes.

Winemaking:
Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days followed by malolactic fermentation. 100% of this wine was aged in wood for 10 months, with 20% in new wood.
