Description
Winemaking & Aging: Hand-picked grapes into small 40L boxes. Reception in our cellar with choice, total disengage and crushing immediately. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C, followed by aging in stainless steel to preserve the primary aromas.
Test results: Red wine with an opaque ruby color, it has an intense aroma of candied black fruits and spices, which highlight the maturation of the Touriga Franca grape variety that can be achieved at Quinta da Terrincha. Fermented and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve the varietal notes and intense fruitiness resulting from maturation. In the mouth it is very dense and enveloping, with very ripe tannins, with a very long and warm finish.
