Description
White wine with a pale yellow color and greenish hues. Due to the nature of the grape variety, this wine presents markedly citrus aromas, with a mineral touch and tropical nuances. On the palate, it has a well-present acidity and freshness, in a dry and tense style, with volume and persistence, and a long, vibrant finish.
Winemaking:
Controlled ripening to achieve the best balance between intensity and freshness. Grapes harvested by hand into small 40L boxes. Reception at our winery with selection, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control at around 16ºC, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes under an inert atmosphere. Aging in small stainless steel vats ('unoaked') to preserve the primary aromas and highlight the varietal character of this white wine.
