Winemaking:
Controlled ripening to achieve the best balance between intensity and freshness. Grapes harvested by hand in small 40L boxes. Reception at the winery with selection, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control at around 16ºC, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes in an inert atmosphere. Aging in small stainless steel vats ('unoaked') to preserve the primary aromas.

Exam notes:
This pale yellow white wine with greenish hues presents great aromatic freshness, with notes of citrus fruits and flowers, and a slight minerality. On the palate, it has a vibrant texture, with volume, freshness, and youthfulness. Very persistent aftertaste.
