Description
The Quinta da Terrincha has a long history dating from the early fourteenth century, when it was part of the properties of King D. Afonso V.
Pale -yellow white wine with great aromatic complexity. Very fresh notes to exotic and citrus fruits, balanced by toasted notes of the internship in barrels. In the mouth it has an engaging and smooth texture, with good balance with a long, wide and long mouth.
Vinification:
Maturation control to obtain the best balance between intensity and freshness. Hand harvested grapes in small 40L boxes. Winery reception with selection, total disgust and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control at about 16ºC, using very soft crushing and pressing processes in inert atmosphere. Part of the lot fermented in French oak barrels, interned to the Spring of the following year, with thin smudges - “Bâtonnage”.
