Description
Winemaking & Aging: Hand-picked grapes into small 40L boxes. Reception in our cellar with choice, total disengage and crushing immediately. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C, followed by aging in stainless steel to preserve the primary aromas.
Test results: A deep violet red wine that combines intensity and elegance, with a fine aroma of ripe black fruits and a touch of spices. In the mouth it is a concentrated and elegant wine, with good acidity and well-integrated tannins. Intense and persistent finish.
