Description

Ruby red wine intense. Great aromatic purity with fresh notes of mature black fruits and spices. In the mouth it has an engaging and smooth texture, where grape maturation is balanced by freshness and natural acidity. The internship in French barrels has given harmony and complexity to this long end wine.

Vinification:
Hand harvested grapes in small 40L boxes. Winery reception with selection, total disgust and immediate crushing. It fermented in stainless steel vats the controlled temperature of 24 ° C, followed by an internship in French oak barrels for 12 months, in a controlled temperature and moisture.
