Description
A deep ruby red wine. It boasts a pure aroma with fresh notes of ripe black fruit and spices. On the palate, it presents an enveloping and smooth texture, where the ripeness of the grapes is balanced by freshness and natural acidity. Aging in French oak barrels has imparted harmony and complexity to this wine, which has a long finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand in small 40L boxes. Received at the winery with selection, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 months in a cellar with controlled temperature and humidity.
