Description
Aromas of olive press, bread yeast, red fruit like ripe strawberries, and some metallic notes. Thick and pasty on the palate, with a clear perception of sweetness, rough tannins, and high acidity providing balance.
Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes in small 40L boxes. Received at our winery, they were selected, fully destemmed, and immediately crushed. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C, followed by aging in stainless steel to preserve the primary aromas.
