Description

ORIGIN:The White House vineyard is one of the oldest in Quinta da Terrincha, planted on transitional soil between shale and granite with castes in ‘eld blend’ (castes mixed in the vineyard) that give it great aromatic complexity.

Winemaking and internship:Hand harvested to small 40L boxes. Reception in our wine cellar with choice, total disgust and immediate crushing. He fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C. We seek in this wine the freshness and acidity that guaranteed the maximum potential for aging. 2017 vintage wine with long stage and bottle maturation in our basement with temperature and moisture control.

Proof and gastronomy: Granada red wine, result of the long stage. Large aromatic complexity with spices notes balanced by a mental touch of green pepper and ginger, in a balanced and very elegant set. Mouth is still very fresh taking into account the long stage, silky with tannins, in a long and persistent final. Good aging potential.
