Description
Winemaking & Aging: Hand-picked grapes into small 40L boxes. Reception in our cellar with choice, total disengage and crushing immediately. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24°C, followed by aging in stainless steel to preserve the primary aromas.
Test results: Deep ruby red wine. Great aromatic purity in which the intense aroma of ripe black fruits is balanced with subtle floral notes typical of the variety. In the mouth it is a wine full of personality, intense and engaging, in which the characteristics that make Touriga Nacional the best Portuguese red grape variety stand out.
