Vinification:
Pre-fermentation in cold pelicular contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation at 14 ° C for 25 days. After fermentation, the wine was kept in tank for 3 months with Bâtonnage.
TEST NOTES:
Green color. Aromas of peach and citrus fruits. In the mouth stands out the freshness and minerality in the attack alongside the surrounding volume. Fresh and persistent mouth end.
