Description
2018 was a very unstable year. After a cold, dry winter came a rainy and stormy spring with occasional hail. Moisture allowed mildew to grow, but was interrupted by the heat of early August. In late summer, the high temperatures caused sunburns and dehydration. Dry harvest with low income that benefited the quality.
Hand harvested, the best selected grapes ferment at controlled temperatures, after being pressed at low pressure. After fermentation, they interned for eight months in French oak barrels, second year. After bottling, the wine in the bottle for two and a half years.
