Description

Vinification:
Manual harvest, gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottling without fining or filtering.

Test results:
Intense aroma of orange blossom, herbaceous tones, some menthol and mineral. In the mouth it is lively with robust structure, medium size and fluid texture. A balanced acidity, well integrated into the whole and to give breadth to the wine.
