Description
This is really “O Lote”, the wine where traditional expression meets the identity of the Dão region. Made from the 4 grape varieties planted on our property: Touriga-Nacional, Tinta-Roriz, Jaen and Alfrocheiro.
It is a gastronomic wine, which goes very well with your meals.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. The grapes were destemmed and partly fermented in a granite press with foot treading and partly in a „Ganimede“ vat, both with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out in 225 L first and fourth year French oak (Allier) barrels for 16 months.
