Description
Citrine color with delicate fruit notes, especially citrus, very mineral. On the palate it is quite fresh, mineral, elegant, with volume and also a persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, 13ºC.
