Description
This is a natural wine that underwent further fermentation in the bottle. Hence the crown-shaped cap and pleasant bubbles. The wine is unfiltered and therefore extra flavorful and cloudy. It is made with 70% Loureiro and 30% Fernão Pires and is refreshing and slightly sparkling with notes of yellow apples and lime.
Winemaking:
Produced using the ancestral method, in which the wine is bottled before its first fermentation is fully completed, with the fermentation of natural sugars then finishing in the bottle, creating carbon dioxide. No second fermentation occurs.
