Description

Vinification:
Must fermentation at low temperatures, 15ºC, obtained from the direct pressing of grapes from Encruzilhada. The second fermentation was carried out according to the Champagnes method, with free yeast and aging on fine lees for 18 months.

Test results:
Fine floral aroma of citrus fruits and white pulp. Good structure, dryness and acidity linked to freshness, longevity and gastronomic experience.
