Description
The Touriga Nacional, full-bodied and voluminous, along with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the complex-aromatic Jaen, grow on slopes situated between 350 and 400 meters of altitude. The vineyard is managed within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides prohibited. Weed control is carried out through soil tillage. The harvest is done manually, variety by variety, when they reach their optimal point of ripeness, between the second half of September and the first half of October. The colheita is done in small 10 kg boxes.
These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve all their aromatic elegance, in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, where it remains until bottling.
Tasting Notes: Strong aromatic presence, based on red fruit and fresh wild berries. Light and appealing on the palate, with a youthful and uncomplicated style.
