Description

Touriga Nacional, full and bulky with the sweet and structured Roriz ink and the JAEN of complex aromas, grow on slopes between 350 and 400 meters altitude. The vineyard is conducted within an integrated protection program, and the application of herbicides is interdicted. The control of infestants is performed with soil mobilization. The vintage is manual, caste to caste, when they reach the optimal point of maturation, being between the 2nd half of September and the October 1st. The harvest is made in small boxes of 10 kg.

These wines are obtained after fermentation the controlled temperature to preserve all aromatic elegance in stainless steel cup for 20 days. The wine makes the malolactic stainless steel fermentation, where it remains until the traffic jam

TEST NOTES: Great aromatic presence, based on red fruit and fresh wild berries. Light and appealing in the mouth, young and uncompleing.
