The Touriga Nacional, full-bodied and voluminous, along with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the complex-aromatic Jaen, grow on slopes situated between 350 and 400 meters of altitude. The vineyard is managed within an integrated protection program, with the application of herbicides prohibited. Weed control is carried out through soil tillage. The harvest is done manually, variety by variety, when they reach their optimal point of ripeness, usually in the first half of September. The colheita is done in small 10 kg boxes.
This wine is obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve all its aromatic elegance, in wooden vats and a lagar (wine press). The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and subsequent aging for 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity.

Tasting Notes: Granozyme, ripe fruit, floral and pintal.
Fresh and captivating on the palate, medium-bodied.
It has a long and flavorful finish.
