Description
Winemaking: To obtain this high-quality brandy, the wines from which it is made are low in alcohol and have high total acidity. Distillation is carried out immediately after the end of alcoholic fermentation, without adding any quantity of sulfur dioxide. After distillation, the Aguardentes age in French oak casks and it is during their aging in wood that they are slowly unfolded until they reach the desired alcohol content.
Cor: Âmbar.Aroma: Fruity, fine and delicate aroma, with notes of honey and vanilla.
Tasting: Intense in taste, with very smooth wood supported by soft tannins.
