It has a citrus color and an exuberant aroma. Floral aromatic notes, such as orange blossom and jasmine, complemented by notes of peach, passion fruit, lemon and lychee, giving it great distinction on the nose. In the mouth it has a good structure, fresh, with vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Manual harvesting, pressing of whole berries, cold static clarification and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures to maintain the characteristic aromas of the varieties.
