Quinta de S. Salvador da Torre Loureiro Alvarinho Branco

Citrine color with golden reflections, characteristic of the grape variety. Floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine and citrus notes of grapefruit, in an elegant and delicate combination. On the palate it presents a consistent texture, with saline notes and good acidity, which give it a vibrant freshness. Wine to be consumed within the first eight years.

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes. The wine was obtained by pressing the whole berries without stems, cold clarification, and slow fermentation with controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
