Citrine color, with golden reflections, characteristic of the variety. Floral aromas of orange and jasmine and citrus notes of grapefruit, in an elegant and delicate set. In the mouth it has a consistent texture, with saline notes and good acidity, which give it a vibrant freshness. Wine to be consumed until the eighth year.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes. The wine was obtained by pressing whole berries without stems, cold clarification and slow fermentation, at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
