Vinification:
Extracted par excellence from 65% of old vines and 35% of Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, the top of the range "SAES" line fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, subsequently carrying out the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels where it remained on probation for 14 months.
Test results:
It has a ruby color of good intensity and a nose dominated by floral notes followed by notes of fresh fruit and a delicate touch of smoky and spicy wood. denoting some firmness, in the tasting the highlight goes to the ripe fruit for the spices, some barrels and delicate floral notes, the finish has a medium / long length and a medium persistence.
