The hot and rainy winter was followed by a cold, equally rainy spring, which created high mildew pressures. The summer arrived hot and dry, with a more severe impact on exposed plots, but with excellent results in vineyards at higher altitudes and varieties with later maturation. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were refrigerated in refrigerated chambers for 8 hours and
