At Quinta de Ventozelo, each grape variety is a story. The story of Syrah tells us of a surprise. From a variety that, not being indigenous to the Douro region, showed an unexpected personality in Ventozelo. In order to enhance its exuberant and wild fruit, we bottle this wine in the year following the harvest. The result is this young Syrah Unoaked, a force of nature with a lot to say.
