The harvest started in mid-September, about 10 days behind the average. It took place under good weather conditions, practically without precipitation, with mild to high temperatures, providing musts of great quality, with a good level of sugar, acidity and phenolic compounds. The grapes were received at the winery, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection.
