Description
Balanced and ripe grapes, harvested by hand with a very careful selection. Total destemming. Intense maceration for 48 hours to extract all the good components. Fermentation in steel vats without stian under controlled temperature. Aging for 3 years in stainless steel and wood. Very expressive in the fruit, forest berries, light floral note to give elegance, a touch of pink pepper. Very structured, with mature tannins wrapped around the entire body, resulting unctuous, but at the same time solid and firm. It is a great Vintage, with an opulent profile, rich and full of details, with a very long, assertive and juicy finish.
